We set Celadon on Club apart from its competitors by designing an engaging and functional community that incorporates the unique history of the site in the site plan and amenity package. Originally a golf course, three central green spaces and a nature trail retain that outdoor element for residents to enjoy right on property. A golf simulator and putting green as well as a poolside green and screening area further pay homage to this history. These amenities impress future tenants and offer desirable opportunities for connection.
While amenities are primary selling points, unit design was not overlooked.
