Ellen Garland, AIA, NCARB, LEED AP, is the founder and CEO of Silver Studio Architects. Her interests lie at the intersection of design, technology, and operations, exploring how thoughtful environments, smarter systems, and stronger processes can improve both the user experience and long-term asset performance. That perspective led her to establish Silver Studio as a collaborative, customer-intimate practice and later to found Nodella, a technology platform designed to help properties activate, manage, and monetize underused amenity spaces.
Kevin Morelock, RA, NCARB, LEED AP is the Studio Director at Silver Studio Architects, where he oversees the firm’s architectural project teams and helps ensure that every project meets a consistent standard of design, quality, and technical execution. His commitment to high design and disciplined delivery shapes the firm’s work across all project phases. By providing guidance, oversight, and continuity across teams, Kevin helps translate Silver Studio’s design vision and established processes into thoughtful, coordinated, and consistently strong project outcomes.
Elizabeth Reidler, RA, NCARB, LEED AP is the Planning Director at Silver Studio Architects, where she leads the firm’s planning efforts with a focus on accuracy, quality, and site-specific design. Jennifer Catalon, NCIDQ, IIDA, NEWH, is the Director of Interiors at Silver Studio Architects, where she leads the firm’s interior design practice with a focus on creating distinctive, hospitality-driven environments. Drawing on her experience across hospitality and residential design, Jennifer brings together strong concepts, thoughtful detailing, and a clear understanding of how spaces should function and feel.
